You are greeted my friendly, happy, polite and professional staff. I always get a quick response to my emails to book. My actual hair has remained healthy in all this time - unlike my first terrible expeirence elsewhere that left my hair so damaged. They also have always done an incredible colour match to my own hair which is highlighted blonde.
