The quality of the product is well known to be unmatched and so distinctive that I have had other practitioners come up to me on the street asking if I am Tatiana's client and trying to get me to go to them (hard pass). It's just another level of service from start-to-finish. The hair is always the perfect texture and colour (Christina is a master) and the stylists take so much pride in making you look your very best. I love going into my appointments and trust them so much that I am having my wedding hair done at the salon. I cannot recommend TK enough and Tatiana is one of the most wonderful people I have met here in London. You don't often find brand owners who are in their salons/stores working as hard (and humbly) as she does. Don't get your extensions anywhere else.

I first came to Tatiana Karelina for hair extensions 2.5 years ago. They were initially very honest about what could be achieved and how to do so without causing any... Read more damage to my own hair. Instead of trying to upsell they were very honest and recommended starting with less and building up if it all worked out OK for my very fine hair. I loved my extensions from the beginning and the blend of hair texture and colour was a perfect match to my own hair. After a trial for a few weeks we added more strands (started with a half head and moved to three quarters) to increase the volume. No one could tell it wasn't my natural hair and actually only noticed when I got a fresh set and my hair 'grew' 5 inches overnight! My first set of hair lasted for 2 years and is still in really good condition so I can use it to make a ponytail or braid in the future. My own hair has not been damaged at all and is growing well. I love every visit to the salon, the team are so lovely and seem to get on very well. There is always a very nice atmosphere when I visit. Getting my hair done at Tatiana's has changed my life, I feel so much more confident and much happier with my appearance. I feel like the process and the outcome is worth every penny and recommend the salon to anyone considering extra length or volume.
