We firmly believe in responsible lending, which is why we have steered clear of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) companies such as Klarna, Clearpay, and Paypal Credit.  These companies help merchants target customers who cannot afford to pay today by offering them the ability to “slice” what they buy over 3-month giving the impression that the good or service is more affordable.  Our financing package, which requires us to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (the same regulator that regulates the Banks) allows our clients to spread the cost of their purchase over 12-months at 0% interest.  Our goal, in offering to finance, is not to target those who cannot pay today, but to offer predictability into their hair and beauty expenses.  While clients can choose to finance a single set of extensions, clip-in or tapes we do recommend to clients our no-obligation TK365 package which includes a set of extensions and 3 maintenance appointment.  This way the financing term matches the lifespan of the product and services you require for the year.

Finance FAQs

Am I Eligible for Finance?   
To be eligible for finance you must be 18 years of age or over, a UK Resident for at least 3 years, have a minimum annual income of £10,000, a UK bank account that can accept direct debits, a credit or debit card registered to your home address and a stable income.  As we use a 3rd party credit provider you must understand and accept there will be a credit check performed when you submit your application.   

What's the finance application process?
1.    Determine the value of product or services you are interested in
2.    Request application link (either in the salon or remotely)
3.    Following the link and apply for credit using the online application form.
4.    If approved, sign the agreement to complete the purchase.

How long will it take me to get approval?
Whilst we cannot guarantee specific times, you can typically have an approval within 30 seconds. However, in some instances, your application may “refer”, which means that an underwriter will review your application manually.  These can take up to a maximum of 24 hours for a decision.

What loan period can I apply for?
Finance plans are a minimum of 6-months to a maximum of 12-months

What happens if I’m declined?
You will need to obtain a copy of your credit report and/or credit score so you can see the potential reasons why.  We cannot find out on your behalf nor will the lender provide the reason.  We have found that County Court Judgements, defaults, and lack of home stability (if you have moved a lot in the last 3 years) common reasons for being declined.   If you feel there has been a mistake, please contact our team via email at .You will be able to complete the purchase using the traditional means of payment. 

When does the first payment leave my account?
The first payment is taken approximately 30 days after the loan is activated. Loans are activated once you have received your extension service or product.

What if I have changed my mind about my payment method or want to cancel my service or return my product?
You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement up to 14 days following the signing of the credit agreement. If you have received your service or products, we will need to cancel the finance and settle the invoice with traditional payment. If you have financed additional maintenance appointments under TK365 and wish to cancel we will cancel the finance agreement with no cancellation charge.
